Number of full-time graduate students from state and municipal education facilities with the right to free employment

Number of full time graduate students (except those who got full recovery of educational costs) of state and municipal educational institutions of tertiary education who are granted a right to free employment. Number of full time graduate students who learned using all-level budget funds during the period from October 1 of the previous year to September 30 of the current year and who have not got job referral as the wish of graduate student (there is personal application of graduate student requesting grant of right for independent employment).
