Number of motor vehicles

Baku city is the top region by number of motor vehicles in Azerbaijan. As of 2012, number of motor vehicles in Baku city was 702,484 that accounts for 63.57% of Azerbaijan's number of motor vehicles. The top 5 regions (others are Ganja-Gazakh, Aran, Lankaran, and Absheron) account for 90.04% of it. Azerbaijan's total number of motor vehicles was estimated at 1.11 million in 2012.
