Milk production

Aran is the top region by milk production in Azerbaijan. As of 2012, milk production in Aran was 616,038 tons that accounts for 39.93% of Azerbaijan's milk production. The top 5 regions (others are Ganja-Gazakh, Shaki-Zagatala, Guba-Khachmaz, and Dakhlik Shirvan) account for 83.23% of it. Azerbaijan's total milk production was estimated at 1.54 million tons in 2012.
