Long-term average quantity of water annually entering the country through transboundary flow (rivers, canals, pipes). A distinction can be made between natural inflow, which is the inflow under natural conditions, and actual inflow, which is the inflow taking into consideration both inflow not submitted to treaties and inflow secured through treaties
