As of 2011, gross disposable income in Seoul was 1,333,528 billion won that accounts for 56.66% of Republic of Korea's gross disposable income. The top 5 regions (others are Gyeonggi-do, Gyeongsangnam-do, Gyeongsangbuk-do, and Busan) account for 79.33% of it. Republic of Korea's total gross disposable income was estimated at 2,353,513 billion won in 2011.
