As of 2010, male population in Gyeonggi-do was 5.71 million persons that accounts for 23.61% of Republic of Korea's male population. The top 5 regions (others are Seoul, Busan, Gyeongsangnam-do, and Incheon) account for 62.53% of it. Republic of Korea's total male population was estimated at 24.2 million persons in 2010.
