What is GRP?

Gross regional product is a monetary measure of the market value for all final goods and services produced in a region or subdivision of a country in a period of time. Value of gross regional product in Russia is not the same as Russian GDP because it excludes value added tax on collective non-market services (defense, governance, and so on) provided by public institutions to society as a whole
