(1) The expenditure also includes the Govt. of India's share paid to the respective State Govt. by Govt. of India in connection with the election to the 14th Lok Sabha. The figures of '2004' also includes expenditure incurred on State/UT Legislative Assemblies elections which held with '2004' Lok Sabha elections. (2) Figures relates to demand received from State/Uts for conducting of general election 2009 of Lok Sabha. (3) Values of 2016 are Provisional Release. (4) Release for the year 2017-18 upto 31st August,2017

Title: Industrial Disputes By Causes   Description: The Industrial Disputes regulates how employers may address industrial disputes such as lockouts, layoffs, retrenchment etc. It controls the lawful processes for reconciliation, adjudication of labour disputes.
