      The PMR sector indicators measure the degree to which laws and policies promote or inhibit competition in seven network sectors (electricity, natural gas, air transport, rail transport, road transport, water transport and e-communications) and in eight service sectors (lawyers, notaries, accountants, civil engineers, architects, estate agents, retail trade and retail sales of medicines).
