In 2022, production of poultry meat for Mexico was 3.8 million tonnes. Between 1973 and 2022, production of poultry meat of Mexico grew substantially from 271,290 to 3.8 million tonnes rising at an increasing annual rate that reached a maximum of 21.69% in 1990 and then decreased to 3.07% in 2022.
