Kentuky is the first state by high education expenditures, while the biggest sum of money spent on medicaid is spent by Missouri. California has the biggest budget deficit in contrast to Alaska where it is the lowest. During the period from 2010 to 2012 US budget revenues rose by 10%, meanwhile its  expenditures increase was slight through the same period, only 3%.
