IMF, UN, and OECD – all graphs say that a peak of 9% of consumer price inflation in Brazil was in 2016. All the sources confirm as well the decrease of the inflation to 3.4% in 2017 and the following slight increase in 2018.

In general, Brazil consumer price inflation is predicted to remain stable at about 3.6% - 4.5% in 2019 and 2020, according to the sources.
