CPD has decided that the special theme for its 51st session, in 2018, would be “Sustainable cities, human mobility and international migration” that is based on the Programme of Actions of the International Conference on Population and Development (ICPD) and key actions for its further implementation. General debates will address actions for the further implementation of the Programme of Actions of the ICPD at global, regional and national levels.
