In First half 2022, poverty severity index for rural population for Special Region of Papua was 2.9 %. Though Special Region of Papua poverty severity index for rural population fluctuated substantially in recent years, it tended to decrease through 2012 - 2022 period ending at 2.9 % in First half 2022.
