In 2018, adults with a postsecondary degree for California was 42.9 %. Between 2009 and 2018, adults with a postsecondary degree of California grew substantially from 38.8 to 42.9 % rising at an increasing annual rate that reached a maximum of 2.31% in 2012 and then decreased to 1.90% in 2018.
